Since the beginning of 2019, CIPPlanner Corporation has successfully developed and deployed the first three phases of the CPMIS system for the County’s Department of Public Works & Environmental Services (DPWES) and is currently working closely with Fairfax County Department of Transportation to develop and implement Phase 4 system. Since the Phase 1 system deployment in early March 2021, the CPMIS system has helped to meet the County’s capital program management needs and is being used by hundreds of DPWES users on a daily basis. Along with CIPPlanner team’ s exceptional user support services, CPMIS application system has provided a consistently high level of system performance as reported in its monthly reports since March 2021 in all categories commonly being measured per industry standards. Fairfax County’s CPMIS system is under an Enterprise License and expected to serve 1000 or more end users once Phase 4 is fully deployed in FY 2025-2026.
