Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Business analysts work on project teams throughout the CIPAce™ software application system implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities include the following:
● Modeling, analyzing, documenting and communicating system and business processes;
● Capturing and communicating user requirements;
● Facilitating and validating the development of system solutions to satisfy customers’ business needs;
● Conducting software presentations and providing technical support to existing and prospective customers;
● Offering recommendations to the Product Development Team;
● Researching and preparing recommendations that enhance CIPPlanner’s plan execution as well as service and work product delivery;
● Providing application system demonstration and/or training to customers as needed;
● Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description
We are looking for highly qualified, dedicated, and energetic Capital Program Management Consultants to join our team. Job Responsibilities
The Capital Program Management Consultant role serves as a domain expert in capital projects and programs management.
Responsibilities include the following:
● Functional lead or software implementation manager to implement the company’s flagship CIPAce™ software application system for various clients;
● Management consulting, such as extensive CIP (Capital Improvement Program) management process review and optimization, workflow improvements, data management recommendations;
● Business process analysis onto facilitate software implementation project team;
● Defining product strategies and reviewing software requirements and specifications;
● Working with sales staff to identify new leads and/or service expansion opportunities to up-sell existing products;
● Providing add-on management consulting services to customers;
● Sales engineering support, such as product demonstration and follow-up business process discussions with sales team on new sales opportunities;
● Providing software improvement ideas for product development and enhancement;
● Ability to travel.

Other required skills and experience include the following:
● Hands-on experience in developing and managing capital improvement programs, plans, and/or budgets within a government agency or major corporation;
● Knowledge of project, program and portfolio management, as well as planning, budgeting, accounting related and business processes;
● Excellent oral and written communication skills;
● Demonstrated ability to discuss, understand, and document business processes and needs;
● Ability to understand and manage customers’ needs and expectations;
● Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (preferably Agile) and tools;

Senior Product Specialist serves as an expert user of the company’s various products, such as, CIPAce™ and CIPAccess™, etc.

● Becoming an expert user of CIPAce™ and CIPAccess™;
● Providing product support to customers and sales staff;
● Participate in formulating product marketing strategies;
● Developing and enhancing marketing materials and literature;
● Assisting sales staff in meeting with potential customers;
● Providing knowledge of the CIP development and management process;
● Guiding the Product Development Team through software enhancement efforts;
● Ability to travel.

● Hands-on experience in developing and managing governmental, multi-budget cycle capital improvement plans;

Web Marketing Analyst

Job Description
  We are looking for a qualified Web Marketing Analyst to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, with experienced in social media, promotional online events, and Google Analytics, we would like to meet you. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and is the ability to develop attractive and engaging content. You should be a “people person” with as well as great customer service skills and eager to moderate online conversations with potential clients and our professional community. The ability to learn and demonstrate the company’s Enterprise Software solutions is a big plus.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the following:
● Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies;
