CIPPlanner announces many exciting new features and functions for its flagship program management solution in CIPAce™ release version 9.10. New data capabilities, GIS integration, new contact management features are just amongst many of the exciting enhancements introduced.
New Data Capabilities
Allow system administrators to create read-only virtual attributes (new data field on screen) from concatenation and/or as a result of calculation from other data elements. Virtual attributers can be used to display on screen or in reports.
GIS Integration
Can display Angular GIS mini map for project locations on project general forms and enables users to navigate to full Angular GIS interface from a certain project.
New Contract Management Functions
Support new change order contract timeline adjustment section for all contracts types to allow for schedule-modification change orders.
New support for negative adjustment in change order line items for better usage flexibility
Offers even better flexibility to look up related data records throughout the system. Users can now have the option to search or lookup Invoices, RFPs, CORs, COs, inspection reports, meeting minutes, and permits tabs related to a contract
Supports custom calculation fields for contract line items such as contract total amount less contractor contingency, contract total amount less owner contingency, contingency total amount, owner controlled contingency total amount, and contract controlled contingency total amount
Enhanced User Experience
The system collapses search conditions by default for a more streamlined user interface.
The system can determine the compatibility level of a user’s browser according to the compatibility and adjust system display accordingly.
Allows users to reassign workflow activity to multiple users by administrator or by task owner.
