The City of Baltimore

In 2017, The City of Baltimore, Maryland selected CIPPlanner Corporation to deliver a technology platform that supports its capital improvement program in the aftermath of Clean Water Act mandates the City to address persistent stormwater runoff pollutants. Our CIPAce™ Enterprise Capital Project Management system fulfills a complex set of requirements as Baltimore sets out to comply with federal standards and helps the City to serve its 1.8 million residents. We are proud to have a business relationship with Baltimore in its commitment to deliver 360 million gallons of drinking water per day.

Fairfax County

Fairfax County, one of the largest in the country, is located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, bordering Alexandria and Arlington. As of the 2020 census, with a population of 1,150,309, it’s the most populous jurisdiction in the Commonwealth. CIPPlanner Corporation has successfully implemented three phases of the Capital Program Management Information System (CPMIS) for the Department of Public Works & Environmental Services (DPWES) and is currently working on Phase 4 for the Department of Transportation. The CPMIS system, first deployed in March 2021, serves hundreds of DPWES users daily, and under an Enterprise License, it’s expected to cater to over 1000 end users by 2025.
