CIPAce™ now includes fully integrated Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) modules, enabling organizations to manage procurement from initial request through fulfillment with greater efficiency and traceability.
The Purchase Requisition module allows users to generate requests from multiple entry points, including inventory and work orders, ensuring that procurement needs are directly tied to operational demands. Once approved, requisitions can be seamlessly converted into purchase orders, maintaining a clear link between request and fulfillment.
The Purchase Order module further enhances procurement workflows by enabling users to create, track, and manage orders across their lifecycle. Organizations can monitor key details such as quantities, pricing, vendors, and status, while maintaining full visibility into procurement progress.
