If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, promotional online events, and Google Analytics, we would like to meet you. The ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and eager to moderate online conversations with our community. The ability to learn and demonstrate Enterprise Software solutions is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies 
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts 
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner 
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews 
  • Organize and participate in online events to build community and boost brand awareness 
  • Measure and report on the ROI of different digital marketing channels 
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest ways to improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics 
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and communication teams to ensure brand consistency 
  • Liaise with tech development departments to develop marketing materials on new products and features 
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists 
  • Stay up to date with enterprise software technology trends

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience positioning online technology products and services and generating new leads 
  • Ability to develop technology product marketing videos and literature 
  • Experience launching online initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) 
  • Ability to interpret website traffic, conversion, and online visitor engagement metrics 
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills 
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands 
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels 
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Google Analytics certificate and work experience 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Search, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress Ver. 5 and above 
  • Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS programming languages and webhosting services 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT science, or relevant field
