Supervisors can create structured daily plans, assign resources, and manage associated work orders—all within a single interface. The module enables detailed tracking of labor, materials, equipment, and outside services, ensuring a complete and auditable record of daily operations.
Additional capabilities include:
- Resource assignment with attendance and hour tracking
- Automatic aggregation of work hours across resources and work orders
- Replication of assignment sheets for recurring schedules
- Real-time synchronization of work data directly into work orders

Improved Work Order Tracking and Workforce Management
his release also enhances how organizations track materials, labor, and overtime within work orders.
Work order tracking now supports multiple methods for recording material usage, including manual entry and automatic synchronization from daily work assignment sheets. This flexibility allows organizations to align tracking with their operational workflows while maintaining accurate cost and usage records.
In addition, the introduction of Batch Overtime Authorization enables supervisors to manage overtime more efficiently by approving multiple resources at once. Overtime can be generated directly from work orders or automatically identified through daily work activity.
With features such as bulk resource assignment, configurable overtime windows, and streamlined approval workflows, organizations can better manage labor costs and reduce administrative overhead.
